i loved this. i think it makes the concept incredibly personal and relatable, and (i'm trying to be vague here) especially, choosing to go through it at 10:30 at night when i had a rough day and decided -- you know what, no, i didn't have the energy to write things down, i'd keep it in my head -- adfsjd the *dread* it evoked, and also just my own intrigue: 'but we might miss something cool or interesting!'

(agh this IS hard to speak about without feeling like you're giving things away. which is, itself, a really interesting reaction to a piece about signifiers.)

it's especially evocative because of the really fantastic design -- the minimalist but feeling of 3-D on a 2-D layout and the use of space is its own discussion but i'll stop rambling at you now. really, really well done though <3

This made my entire week. I'm so happy it worked for you and that it affected you that way. Not to celebrate dread lol

Your comment is incredibly thoughtful; I very much appreciate the ramble. You clearly get what I was trying to do, and that's such a gift to me. Thank you!

I thought this was an interesting experience! Which I know is kind of a meaningless observation, but it's sort of a tough game to talk about.

Glad to hear it! I appreciate your comment, however vague. I was definitely very intentional about what information I included and where, so vagueness is appropriate.

Just to be a little clearer, for the sake of not damning with faint praise and leaving things up to the sometimes-euphemistic "interesting", I mean the game experience resonated with me, which is what I think games should try to accomplish, artistically, so. That is probably more helpful, slightly XD

Thank you for saying so! I do aim to make things that resonate with people :)
