Hi all!

I noticed most people are opting to grab a free Community Copy rather than naming their own price as zero, so I decided to set a minimum price of $1.00 and add more Community Copies. If the free copies run out, I'll consider adding more.

This way, folks who want the supplement without paying for it can get a free copy, and folks who want to pay for it will do so by naming their own price. I think this makes more sense than to allow for free "name your own price" copies and free Community Copies.
